Refund & Return Policy — RayStore

At RayStore, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here is our simple returns & refunds process.

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if the item has not been shipped. To cancel, please email support@raystore.co.in with your order number.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may follow the return process below after delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for most items (unless the product page says otherwise).

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be: unused, in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

  • For defective/wrong items, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@raystore.co.in with: order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective).

  2. Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm refund or replacement.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), RayStore will pay the return shipping.

  • If the return is for buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise offered as a return pickup.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be given if an item is returned damaged or missing parts that were not reported.

7. Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized items, opened consumables, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned unless defective.

8. International Orders

  • International returns are possible but may have different shipping and customs charges. Contact support for instructions.

  • Refunds for international returns may take longer due to shipping transit times and customs checks.

9. Supplier-managed returns

  • For products supplied by third parties, returns may be handled by the supplier. We will guide you through the supplier’s return process and keep you updated.
